Homemade Donuts

We finally opened up the deep fryer we got for Christmas. One of the things I had been looking forward to was homemade donuts. The didn't turn out as good as I had hoped but I plan on trying some other recipes soon.

About Us

We built this site so that we can keep in touch with all of our family and friends. We especially wanted to be able to let Buscia, Grandpa D, Grandpa B and Grandma D to be able to see us more. This way we can post pictures and tell stories from all of the adventures we experience.

Our name, RKB-JAR comes from our geocaching team name. One of our favorite activities is heading out to do a little geocaching or treasure hunting as the girls call it. We go out and find "treasures" that are hidden all around.

You'll notice that I am referring to each of us by out initials. This isn't because we are afraid to use or real names but I thought it went well with our blog name. So, if we happen to slip and use a real name here and there, don't worry. It was probably just a mistake.

We also have a link in our Dream List of each of the girls wish lists. We are keeping it here so that when they ask for special toys we can remember what they are. This could come in handy for Christmas and Birthdays.
